Who is responsible
Grain Flex Ltd. (registration № 14101365) is responsible for this website. Use the contact form for business enquiries or privacy requests. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit an enquiry, your name, work email, company, interest and message are processed by Cloudflare and Resend to deliver the enquiry to Grain Flex. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser signals and your IP address to help prevent automated abuse. If sending is unavailable, the form offers a local draft instead.
Technical data and analytics
The hosting provider may process ordinary request data, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site. Optional analytics remains disabled unless you choose “Allow analytics” and a production analytics property has been configured. Consent choices are stored in your browser.
Cookies and storage
Necessary local storage remembers your consent preference and accessibility choices. Optional analytics is not loaded before consent. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change your choice at any time.
Why data may be used
Data may be used to provide and secure the website, remember requested settings, understand aggregated site performance after consent, and respond to enquiries once a verified contact channel is active.
Sharing and retention
Enquiries are transmitted through Cloudflare and Resend and stored in the business mailbox. The website does not create a separate enquiry database or log message bodies. Service providers process delivery and security records under their retention policies. Contact the team to request deletion of an enquiry.
Your choices and rights
You may reject optional analytics, clear local storage, or use the contact form to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
International processing and changes
Service providers may process data in other countries using applicable safeguards. Material policy changes will be posted here with a revised date.
